Stonefish.

Just finished writing my DV commentaries on burying pigs in snow and some article about skunks that's really full of bull (but is actually rather entertaining, 'cause it comes from this website).

Awesomely randomly funny highly inaccurate scientific research articles make me smile.

It's funny how we come to accept whatever's presented to us with big, important-looking words without looking stuff up beforehand. Yeah, we have the right to question. Totally.

Anyway, today's a Wednesday 'cause yesterday was a Thursday (I might not be making any sense here, but you have to bear with our school's constant timetable-swapping).

Had Bio D, with yet another practical to go along with it. Bio D practicals aren't really practicals. They're basically made up of us answering a few questions, sketching a few diagrams, a bit of labeling here and there, and we're done.

I think I might have briefly revisited my love for insects this morning. I remember those times when I'd (nerdily) sit and read countless books on insects, arachnids, myriapods, you name it. I'd leaf through books of animals, and I'd spend so much time looking at pictures and trying to draw them out.

Whatever happened? I grew busy, that's what happened. Sometimes we just have to give things up when we realise they aren't as important to us anymore. I love animals, yes I do, but there's work and socialising to keep up with.

Time management, once again, comes back to haunt us.

All right, going off now.

Want to read this book I've been reading for the past few weeks, two pages a night. It's awesome. Now I've got more time to read and I want to use that time well.

Adieu.

P.S. Congrats to NUSHS for winning many awards for SSEF.

P.P.S. It's become an annual thing, this "wander around the Science Centre then have Macs before going home" thing.
