Spent my entire afternoon playing Tetris and reading 'The Lost Symbol'.
Story line so far is awfully predictable. It's kinda disappointing, actually. I mean, the plot is great and all, and it still makes an unputdownable read, but can't Dan Brown come up with something that doesn't go along the lines off "Robert Langdon receives early morning phone call/need to escape from or defeat some madman-slash-hired assassin of a dude obsessed with some ancient secret hidden by some mysterious organisation/then people get kidnapped/and if they don't solve the big important mystery by the deadline the kidnapped people will die/a betrayal by someone somewhere".
It almost sounds as if he's writing it just so they can make a movie out of it. I'll admit, it'll make one hell of an awesome movie, but please, he shouldn't have written it assuming everyone's watched Angels and Demons and The Da Vinci Code.
Anyway, didn't post yesterday 'cause we got back super late and tired.
Went out to Bugis to watch 'Jennifer's Body'.
That is seriously one screwed up movie. All I can say is that at least it wasn't boring.
Then we jalan-ed at Orchard.
Okay, mass convo-ing right now about our chalet tomorrow. We keep getting sidetracked. And spamming. It's just so tempting to spam.
All right, seriously gotta go and pack now.
